If you're using intel integrated HD, you are probably SoL, however there is also 3rd part software that does similar to what Eyefinity does - SoftTH I think it was called. Essentially, what you're wanting to do is use 2 monitors as if they are one - both major GPU manufacturers have a setting for this in the GPU software.
